We are seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Medical Aesthetics clinic. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.

You will also assist our medical staff with administrative tasks, such as preparing charts, processing payments, and maintaining inventory. You will work closely with our team of experienced and certified medical aestheticians, who offer various services, such as Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and more.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service and administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and professional demeanour
- A keen interest in medical aesthetics and beauty
- Computer skills / Microsoft Office / social media skillset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
