**WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITIY?**
We are looking for **Full-Time, Permanent Administrative Support Staff** to join our Office/Reception team Come help Camino provide excellent service and first point of contact for our clients as they begin their mental health and wellbeing journey. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- Provide an excellent client experience at reception or on the phone by greeting clients, processing payments, and collecting information to direct clients to the appropriate department.
- Utilize client management database for timely appointment confirmations, payment processing, and other administrative tasks
- Assist with a variety of client support matters.
- Offer additional administrative support to leaders as required.
- Develop familiarity with programs and services offered by Camino and provide feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Perform general office support tasks including photocopying, scanning, document organization, mailing, binding and filing.
- Utilize all areas of Microsoft Office Suite for clear and effective correspondence, document creation, and task organization
- Enter data into various databases
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong familiarity and comfort using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to act resourcefully and creatively while problem-solving
**ARE THERE BONUS POINTS?**
- Experience working within the Social Service sector
- Standard First Aid + CPR-C certification an asset
**ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?**:
- This is a Full-Time, Permanent employment opportunity working 37.5 hours per week
- Requires the ability to commute throughout the Waterloo Region to different office locations
- Shifts may include evenings and occasional Saturdays, depending on departmental need
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be able to provide either proof of vaccination or documentation providing a satisfactory reason under the Ontario Human Rights Code for not being vaccinated
- Must complete a satisfactory Police Record with Vulnerable Sector check
- Wage: $21.44 to $28.90 per hour based on skills and experience
