**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming front desk environment.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Maintain filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy access to information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative procedures and workflows.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and clients.
- Proficiency in budgeting practices to assist in financial planning.
- Experience managing front desk operations with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Knowledge of phone systems for efficient communication management.
- Ability to develop training programs that foster employee growth and development.
- Experience in team management to ensure collaborative work environments.
