**Responsibilities**:
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests from clients and visitors.
- Supports work colleagues and team members.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work deliverables.
- Oversees effective operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories among other related duties.
- Maintains office-supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders when required.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Records and prepares minutes of meetings.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm, creativity and organizational skills
**Language Requirements**
- Spanish required
- English required
Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (30 min lunch break)
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
