One dentist and 2 full-time hygienists with 4 operatories. All staff are long term. This dental practice has been in this location for over 45 years Very pleasant environment for both staff and patients alike.

Duties include:

- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries -Confirm patient‘s upcoming appointments
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain electronic dental records accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed -Turnover of dentist‘s ops and occasionally hygiene ops -instrument sterilization & keeping the office on time -take accurate radiographs and alginate impressions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year:
Experience working in a dental office as both an assistant AND receptionist
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- strong computer skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 per hour
