We are currently searching for a a head chef to join and lead our culinary team. If you have a creative flair with an eye on trends and innovation, a strong work ethic with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, we want to hear from you. Experience leading in a fast paced environment is a definite asset.

The job looks like this:
**DAILY OPERATIONS**
- ensure all menu items are prepped to par level specifications
- ensure all stations are adequately staffed
- communicate with General Manager / Front of House Manager regarding any and all item availability issues in a timely manner
- ensure all production of prep & food items are executed properly
- ensure culinary staff are properly trained to execute service efficiently
- run the line; and properly train and delegate to senior culinary staff to run the line in your absence
- ensure all prep lists are filled out for following day
- ensure all orders are placed for needed product(s) : This should be done in conjunction with the bar when possible
- ensure daily opening and closing duties are being performed in order to keep the kitchen clean
- ensure all invoices are entered into Optimum Control System

**ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES**
- hiring of new culinary staff (to be done in conjunction with General Manager)
- training of culinary staff
- monthly inventory
- creation of new menus
- all recipes and plates entered into Optimum Control Inventory Management System
