**PERMANENT, PART-TIME**
- As a Shipping & Receiving Assistant you will be joining our team to support the purchasing department in the shipping and receiving of deliveries for our GMP manufacturing and laboratory. You will be a key support for the Supply Chain Specialist supporting our research and operations team and ensure our facility is running like clockwork.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle the receiving, tracking, and reporting for all inbound supplies and products, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Distribute received packages to appropriate departments.
- Assist in shipping and receiving during loading/unloading of trucks with the help of a pallet jack.
- Support the unpacking of pallets at the receiving bay.
- Help package and ship orders to our research partners.
- Maintain updated records and documentation for purchasing and logistics.
- Assist with part and product database entry.
- Support with other duties when required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**:

- ** Education**:Diploma or Degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
- **Tech Savvy**:You are computer savvy and have some knowledge of procurement software. Experience with Netsuite ERP business system is an advantage.
- ** Effective Communicator**:You are an active listener who can communicate to different audiences in diverse situations.
- ** Go-Getter**:You work with a sense of urgency, are results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary, and entrepreneurial environment. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
