**Job Overview**
We are a custom screen printing company that produces apparel for local businesses, schools, and organizations. We are hiring a **Shipping and Receiving Associate** to help manage inventory, incoming materials, and outgoing orders. This role is important to keeping production organized and running on schedule.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and inspect shipments of blank garments and supplies
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in the storage area
- Pull and prepare garments for production according to order specs
- Pack completed orders accurately and prepare them for delivery or pickup
- Create and print shipping labels using platforms like Canada Post, UPS, or others
- Track inventory levels and notify the team when items need to be reordered
- Keep work areas clean and follow shop safety and workflow procedures
- Help with general tasks such as folding, counting, or restocking apparel

**Qualifications**
- Reliable and detail-oriented with good organizational habits
- Able to lift boxes or garment bundles and stay active during the workday
- Basic computer skills for entering data and printing labels
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and comfortable working independently or with a team
- Willing to learn shop processes and assist wherever needed

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
