The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all shipping, receiving and warehouse related functions. The Warehouse Coordinator also assists with inventory control tasks as directed by the Nomad Vanz Purchasing Officer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shipping & Receiving:
Prepare material/equipment for shipment to Customers (completion of shipping labels, freight quotes, waybills, customs, packing slips and all other associated paperwork).

Receive into inventory, count and QC all supplier shipments into Nomad Vanz

Distribute and track inventory for production in-house.

Process all returns/refunds from Nomad Vanz customers (identifying, counting, and returning to stock).

Process material allocations and inventory management system (as directed by Purchasing Officer).

Coordinate pick up of purchases from various local vendors as required or arrange for pickup/delivery of said materials.

Assist with loading and unloading of all materials/stock orders and verify quantities on packing slips.

Warehouse Operations:
Always maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment; it is expected that the facility will be maintained at an extremely high level of organization. Management expectations are that the warehouse is free of dirt, debris, spills at all times. All customer and Nomad Vanz production materials should always be labelled, sorted, and organized in a logical fashion.

Ensure bin locations are tidy and organized.

Work with the Project Management team to pick and arrange materials for upcoming jobs.

Assist the Purchasing Officer with inventory cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory audits.

Assist with vehicle spot checks.

Responsible for a daily walk through and securing the warehouse at the end of every shift.

Move vehicles in and out of the warehouse as required.

Operate forklift and maintain valid certification.

Ensure compliance with Work safe procedures and participate in The Health & Safety Committee.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience:
2+ years of industry or related experience, hold forklift certification, current WHIMIS and First Aid training (Bonus)

Core Competencies:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.

Excellent computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word and GSuite.

Knowledge/experience with inventory management software systems

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to learn and adapt to new processes.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Attention to detail.

Knowledge of the functionality and maintenance of various warehouse machines and equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Nomad Vanz is Office and warehouse environment, on their feet most of the day. Some lifting and handling of unpredictable loads required.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.57 per hour
