gravitypope is looking for the right individual to fill the key role of Shipping & Receiving Associate at our Vancouver Kitsilano shoe store. The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for all shipping & receiving aspects of the gravitypope Vancouver locations to support the sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Timely completion of incoming and outgoing transfers between gravitypope locations
- Packing up and shipping out ecommerce web consolidations
- Efficiently condensing product in the stock room to maximize space
- Ensure accurate inventory records and documentation through provided company resources
- Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
- Completing store-to-store client transfers daily
- Completing weekly outstanding transfer log & reconciliation
- Completing time sensitive tasks such as Return Authorizations or Re-tickets
- Additional duties as per job requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Possess excellent organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Pro-active and able to problem solve
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay focused in a busy environment
- Maximize productivity with minimum supervision
- Positive attitude
- Good interpersonal communication
- Basic POS and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
