Spawts Studio Inc. is a family-owned small business with over 20 years of experience crafting custom ceramic keepsakes in the Lower Mainland. As a tight-knit, team-driven studio, we value artistic excellence, efficiency, and a positive attitude. We're currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving team member who is extremely detail-oriented, computer savvy (proficient in Excel, Google Docs suite), and has keen fine motor skills.

With a supportive and structured workflow, a casual dress code, and our in-studio dogs Cannon & Crash, we aim to make every day at Spawts both fulfilling and enjoyable.

**Position Overview**:
This is a full-time role in a busy production studio that resets weekly. As we receive hundreds of unique keepsake orders every week, the chosen applicant will excel in accuracy and thoroughness. Your exceptional fine motor skills will be required for cataloging, packaging, and shipping one-of-a-kind orders.

Key responsibilities include receiving, unpacking and cataloging new orders, data entry and packaging and shipping completed orders. As our keepsakes are centred around pets, a love for animals is highly valued. Due to the investment of time and resources in training new team members, we require a minimum two-year commitment to the role. If you cannot commit to this period, we kindly ask that you do not apply.

**Job Duties**:

- Data Entry (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Unpacking and cataloguing new orders
- Packaging, Shipping and Receiving
- Maintaining an organized studio
- Contributing to general studio cleaning and maintenance

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excel / Typing / Data entry experience (min 50WPM)
- Fine motor skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional memory
- Strength and physical endurance with repetitive tasks
- Reside in the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area
- Having excellent cursive and/or calligraphy (an asset but not required)
