The **Inside Sales and Special Projects Coordinator** is a key support role in our branch operations providing value through personalized service, on time, on budget, and within functional and quality expectations. The position is **full-time** and, for a highly motivated professional, has tremendous growth opportunities.

As an **Inside Sales and Special Projects Coordinator,** you will be responsible to:

- Provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Understand customer needs, answer calls, and handle walk-in traffic as needed
- Provide timely and accurate quotes using CP standard over the counter pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes
- Act as a brand ambassador and use available opportunities to promote CP products and services that meet the customers’ plan and budget
- Take a proactive and professional approach to trouble-shooting and have strong organizational abilities

**Your Experience**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or entry level sales role
- Previous construction industry experience considered an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- 2 years of experience in over-the-counter building material distribution sales considered an asset
- Foundational experience and knowledge of Division 8 and 10 scopes of work, specifically with building openings (doors, frames, and hardware) considered an asset
