**Inside Sales Representative**

Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance** **and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. Weldco prides itself on providing a great employee experience where safety is a way of life. We are currently recruiting an **Inside Sales Representative**, located at our Edmonton facility. This position will report to the **General Manager of Sales.**

***What you will do**:

- Assist Account Managers with research, quotations and communications as required - both internally and with our customers
- Process sales orders, return orders as required
- Look up sales history and provide necessary quotations to customers as required
- Convey a dedication to customer service and satisfaction during all stages of the sales process
- Identify, develop, nurture, and establish new customer relationships while maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Promote and sell WBM products while employing ethical business practices
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maximizing profitability of WBM
- Understand, identify, and accurately relay pertinent customer information to the engineering department for design revisions and new product development
- Other tasks as required

**Your qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
- 2+ years of related industry experience in technical sales of heavy equipment and/or attachments
- Knowledge of heavy duty attachment products is an asset
- Solid understanding of the technical sales process and cycle
- Must understand and employ ethical sales and marketing practices

- Basic mathematic skills to perform accurate calculations
- Strong presentation skills to effectively promote and sell WBM products and services or provide product training to customers
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure WBM profit margin
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems quickly, strong problem solving skills to methodically and logically resolve technical and non-technical problems
