**Position Summary**:
The Account Manager will play a critical role in building relationships with a specified group of commercial customers. The successful incumbent will ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales.
As an Account Manager, you will represent our company and interact with our clients. So, if you are a self starter and have excellent communication skills with a customer experience attitude, we would like to meet you.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage our key accounts portfolio
- Manage a high volume of accounts with prioritization of proactively engaging in sales and retention discussions with clients
- Achieve assigned revenue target by generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Create compelling business case presentations and return on investment analysis aimed at expanding sales opportunities and meet revenue targets
- Work in collaboration with management team to share insights and assist in development of strategic integrated proposals to ensure all opportunities are fully considered
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
**Qualifications**:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communications or relevant field
- 2-5 years of sales experience, with proven success driving new business in customer-facing sales roles
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Strong negotiating skills, combined with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under the pressure of a deadline
