Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Account Manager with a passion for experiential marketing, fabrication, and creative problem solving. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with clients, and takes pride in seeing ideas come to life.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the Client Service Team - including the Director of Client Service, Account Managers, Project Managers, and Account Executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare project estimates, costs, bills of materials, and work orders.
  • Establish project schedules and critical paths.
  • Manage project changes and communicate updates clearly.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards - and proactively address any issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (graphic and structural design, print and fabrication, logistics, and installation) to execute projects successfully.
  • Liaise with external suppliers from quoting through to delivery.
  • Lead internal and client meetings, attend site visits, and act as the point of contact during installations and removals.
  • Handle administrative tasks including generating POs, expenses, material orders, and logistics coordination.
  • Own your projects from start to finish, finding creative and practical solutions along the way.
  • Occasional travel and evening/weekend work may be required.

What You Bring

  • 2 - 4 years Account Manager/Coordinator or Project Management experience (experience in experiential marketing or like industry is an asset).
  • A self-starter who can work independently and has strong time management and organizational skills, and is able to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Salesforce.
  • Experience in construction, production, print or event planning is an asset.
  • A college diploma or university degree.
  • A vehicle and valid G-Class driver's licence are required.

Job Details

  • Full time, Monday - Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
