The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm’s Business Enablement Services and is focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience.

KPMG Lethbridge is looking for a Partner Administrative Assistant who can provide support on a range of activities to ensure a high-quality product.

What you will do:

- Professionally interacts with clients or function leaders team as directed.
- Ensures all client communications are responded to in a timely fashion.
- Independently actions on routine enquiries and escalates complex client enquiries to
- Contact Management - Manages Partner’s contacts, opportunities, and compliance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation ensuring they are current.
- Calendar Management - Pro-actively looking ahead and manage Partner calendar/schedule, maximizing the best use of their time.
- Communication - Creates, reviews, and distributes various communications for Partners. Handles routine communications on behalf of Partners and reports on actions taken.
- Reporting - Manages regular and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Travel Management - Handles travel arrangements and reservations as required.
- Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants and peers to address issues, optimize processes, share knowledge and working as one team.
- Provides backup, project support to Office Leads as needed.

- Understands KPMG business processes in order to execute, or effectively delegate work.
- Operates with a large degree of autonomy and independently completes high quality work to meet established goals.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Acrobat etc.
- Excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and function well under stress, while prioritizing tasks and workload.
- Resilient to work pressures and able to adapt to tight deadlines while multitasking and producing high quality work.
- Service and detail oriented, takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
