Key responsibilities include:• Serve as the primary point of contact, warmly greeting and directing visitors, clients, and vendors.• Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communication, including answering and routing phone calls, faxes, and emails.• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and client databases, ensuring strict confidentiality.• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.• Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for various Business Administration needs.• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring the smooth functioning of the workspace.• Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks, including expense report processing and vendor payment tracking.• Support various departments with diverse administrative projects, data entry, and procedural documentation.• Operate standard office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, copiers, scanners, and projectors.• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, acting as the first impression for all visitors.QualificationsSuccessful candidates for the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant role should meet the following requirements:• Proven experience (typically 1+ year) in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar Business Administration role.• Professional working fluency (written and spoken) in English.• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or post-secondary certificate in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.• Demonstrated proficiency in operating multi-line telephone systems.• Legal eligibility to work in the specified job location and flexibility to commute to client sites.• References that validate reliability, professionalism, and administrative competency.SummaryReady to take the next step in your Business Administration career as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant?
