Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, utilizing effective phone etiquette to direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate client files and records.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle billing and invoicing using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to support orders
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with file management systems and attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.

Pay: $19.48-$20.33 per hour

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
