In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in both languages.Compensation: $21.50 per hourWhat You'll Do:Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information in both French and EnglishResolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standardsMaintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customersHandling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat inquiries in both languagesDocument interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systemsCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:Fluency in both French and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills, is required for this role. Location This is a hybrid opportunity and requires ability to work onsite from our Barrie or London office.
