- We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections Agent. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Start Date: September 13, 2024
- Office Location: Hybrid (Onsite & Remote) 55 Mulcaster Street, Barrie, ON
- Responsibilities- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debts-
- Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system-
- Follow up with customers to ensure payment agreements are upheld-
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving collection efforts-
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations- Requirements:

- Full-time opportunity
- Required availability: Monday to Thursday from 12pm-9pm; Fridays from 12pm-8pm; 1 mandatory 4hr Saturday per Month
- Training completed onsite - minimum 30 days
- Hybrid work model after training is complete
- No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment
- What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a customer service is required
- Previous experience in finance or call center environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
