We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections Agent. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Start Date: September 20, 2024

Office Location: 55 Mulcaster Street, Barrie, ON
- Requirements:
- Full-time opportunity
- Required availability: Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 9:00pm
- Day 1 Orientation Onsite
- Hybrid work model after training is complete (2 days per week from office)
- No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment
- What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a customer service is required
- Previous experience in finance or call center environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to loan verification and processing.
