Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from lawyers and law clerks (approximately 70% phone-based).
- Process orders for residential title insurance and address related inquiries.
- Provide updates and information on title insurance and other real-estate-related products.
- Interact with lawyers and clerks, delivering excellent customer service under tight deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy in document processing and file management.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Knowledge or experience in real estate (law clerk experience is ideal but not required).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and occasional difficult customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
