The Role We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead employer partnerships within construction and food manufacturing industry. This role is employer facing and relationship driven. You will work directly with owners, hiring managers, project managers, and HR leaders to understand workforce challenges and deliver recruitment solutions that are practical, timely, and aligned with business needs. This is not transactional sales. It is consultative work that requires judgment, credibility, and follow-through.What You Will Do · Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients (employers) in construction and food manufacturing.· Understand operational hiring needs, timelines, and workforce constraints.· Present recruitment solutions clearly and honestly, setting realistic expectations.· Develop and retain new employers through outreach, referrals, and industry networking.· Visit job sites and production facilities to gain first-hand understanding of client environments.· Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth and timely placements.· Maintain accurate records, employer pipelines, and follow-ups.· Stay informed on local labor market conditions and wage trends.· Represent Can X Global with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
