Scheduler/ Portfolio Resource CoordinatorThe Operations Scheduler/PRC is responsible for monitoring numerous systems, schedules, check-ins and safety. The Operations Scheduler will assist in the tracking and deployment of security staff.Learn more about Paladin: Paladin CARE Culture (youtube.com)Essential Job Functions:Communicates information to Clients and Security Staff using telecommunications systems and equipment, through email and phone callsAnswers calls received by Security Staff Updates and maintains the company databaseUpdate and maintains Security Staff schedules as changes arise during shift as well as filling shifts as vacancies ariseWork within a team oriented environment to ensure that all scheduling and operational needs are metProcess cancellations and fill openings in the daily scheduleStrategically plan schedules to utilize resources effectively and efficiently to avoid unnecessary overtimeProvide information to staff as requested regarding additional shifts, coverages and shift availability/locationsConsistently update management with accurate daily Open Shift LogsCreate, update and modify work schedules for Security Guards Perform various other duties as needed based on operational needsRequirements:Working knowledge of the Security industry is preferredProficient in computer usage with an ability to learn Paladin’s TEAM softwareExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsSuperior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquetteAbility to work under pressureAbility to work independentlyMust have strong organizational skillsWorking knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights LegislationPost-secondary education in business administration or related is preferredEligible to work in CanadaWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those applicants that are short listed will be contacted for an interview.Salary: $45000 - $52000 per year#VA1Paladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place because we CARE The Paladin Difference starts with our people; we're the best because we hire the best.
