Our Western Canada division is rapidly expanding with the assembly of some of the best fire protection talent in BC (Community Fire Prevention, Pacific Coast Fire, and Vanco Fire Protection).

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are currently seeking an individual who has a customer-centric approach to join our team As a **Scheduling Coordinator**, your role is to deliver excellent customer service by ensuring services are scheduled and dispatched in a timely, organized manner.
- Key responsibilities as a Scheduling Coordinator:_
- Strategically scheduling technicians at peak efficiency, while meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain customer data/information within a proprietary software system.
- Coordinate third-party contractors when required within an approved scope of work.
- On-going collaboration with the Operations and Account Management team to meet and/or exceed customers expectations, along with continuously improving on efficient scheduling.
- Ensure all technicians are setup for success by having all resources required to complete inspections and repairs.
- Effectively communicate with internal/external parties in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Adhere to and promote Onyx-Fire’s Core Values, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Additional tasks as required.

- Tech savvy - Proficient in various software programs.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; Ability to manage high priority tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills including written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a face paced environment.
- Resourceful nature and ability to think critically.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
