JOB SUMMARYThe Project Manager will lead a global strategic HR initiative aimed at reinforcing key elements of our growth culture to maintain competitive advantage and accelerate performance. This role involves managing high-priority, high-visibility projects in collaboration with HR leadership teams, driving cultural transformation, and leveraging AI tools and processes within the HR IT PMO. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and change management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple aspects of strategic HR projects, ensuring program goals are achieved and productivity is maximized.Manage timelines to ensure projects and programs are delivered on schedule.Guide implementation and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with project sponsors, owners, and cross-functional HR & Communications teams through all phases of initiation, development, and implementation.Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, project meetings, and timelines for strategic projects.Coordinate with vendors, Procurement, Brand, and other partners for project execution.Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and develop mitigation strategies.Analyze and overcome program risks; produce reports for management and stakeholders.Focus on employee experience through process improvement, automation, and Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles.Build reports to enable evidence-based decision-making for CoE & Global HR.Use data and measurement tools to track performance impact of projects/programs.Ensure adherence to HR data privacy and global enterprise policies.Collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse teams across multiple time zones.Required Qualifications5–7 years of increasing responsibility in HR, consulting, business strategy, or financial services.Strong working knowledge of project management and change management principles.Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage priorities in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment.Self-starter and team player with strong initiative and work ethic.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior leadership.Proven stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams advanced functionality, Smartsheet, AI prompts).Experience with PowerBI and analytical project management tools.Proven proposal writing and contract development experience.Strong presentation design and development skills.Experience Required5–7 years in HR, consulting, business strategy, or financial services with project management experience.Education RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Candidate Value PropositionOpportunity to work on high-priority, high-visibility strategic HR projects.Collaborate with leadership teams and drive cultural transformation.Long-term project with potential for permanent hire.Exposure to AI tools and processes within HR IT PMO.Soft SkillsQuick learner, team player, great analytical skills.Ability to thrive in fast-changing, collaborative environments.
