**Project Planning and Initiation**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task dependencies, and risk management.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage a culture of accountability and ownership.

**Resource Management**:

- Allocate resources appropriately, considering skills, availability, and project requirements.
- Monitor and manage team workload to ensure optimal productivity.

**Budget and Cost Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial constraints.
- Track and report project costs, making adjustments as necessary.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues and challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
- Address stakeholder concerns and expectations.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections to maintain high-quality outcomes.

**Change Management**:

- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Evaluate and communicate the impact of changes on project timelines and resources.

**Project Execution and Monitoring**:

- Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Implement project monitoring and tracking mechanisms to measure progress.

**Closure and Evaluation**:

- Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reviews.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve future project management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development processes.
- Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $53,562.19-$70,000.00 per year
