We are currently looking to fill the position of Project Manager to work within our Waterloo, ON office.ABOUT THE ROLE Stonerise Construction is looking for a Project Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of construction project management, from design coordination and scheduling to cost control and subcontractor management, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Lead the Project Management process of the construction project, prioritizing project activities and exercising influence over the project teamLead design coordination and design development processSets priorities, allocates tasks and coordinates project team staff to meet project targets and milestones.Plan and prepares, maintain and update the Master Project Schedule in conjunction with the Site Superintendent and project stakeholders.Assume overall responsibility for project progress and work collaboratively with the Field Operation team to deliver within scope, budget, and other key project deliverables.Coordinate, manage, and communicate with all subcontractors to effectively deal with problems such as delivery, labour, and scheduleMonitor costs, review and approve project invoices, and prepare progress billing accordingly.
