Bilingual Administrative Agent, Asset ManagementReady to take on a pivotal role in asset management? We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Administrative Agent to join our team in Burlington. You will play a crucial part in supporting our Asset Management Group (AMG) across both Canada and the USA. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive pay, great benefits, and a chance to grow your career.As a Bilingual Administrative Agent for the AMG team, you will be a key support for our operations in two countries. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager and work closely with various departments. Your responsibilities will cover everything from managing auction assets to ensuring data accuracy in our systems. You will be a central point of support for the entire AMG team, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
