Located in the Burlington Commercial area, the Bilingual Agent shall make and/or receive telephone calls to make sales, place orders, manage customer’s payments while providing the customer with the best Customer Service Experience. The Bilingual Agent is expected to meet and/or exceed established sales targets. Full training is provided and paid for upon completion.

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPECTATIONS**:

- **Must speak fluently in both French and English**:

- **Must be proficient in written French and English (translations required)**:

- **Inbound/Outbound calls to existing customer base (not telemarketing)**:

- **Provide exceptional sales and customer service levels**:

- **Strong professional selling skills is a MUST, proven sales record**:

- **Minimum 1 year sales/customer service experience**:

- **Computer literate - strong keyboarding skills, Windows navigation, strong MS skills (outlook, excel, power point, word)**:

- **Energy, drive, sense of urgency and results oriented**:

- **Strong multi-tasking, negotiation and decision making skills**:

- **Assumes other duties as assigned by Management**

**Education**:Minimum OSSD
