How You’ll Make an Impact:_**
- Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition & Mobility, you will:

- Support the Talent Acquisition team on all administrative matters linked to sourcing and onboarding of salaried new hires and transfers (large volumes).
- Maintain and update a bilingual job posting library on our applicant tracking system and contribute to system improvements and added capabilities
- Ensure a fast and smooth experience for all by liaising with different teams (payroll, IT, etc.) and by maintaining & improving current processes.
- Manage the on-going invoicing processes linked to Talent Acquisition & our vendors,
- Act as the liaison with Payroll to ensure a compliant process for Employee referrals, and ensure all supporting documents are well organised and kept up-to-date.
- Be the liaison with our communications department to prioritise job postings advertisement on social media and will ensure our social media accounts are kept clear and up-to-date
- You may be required to assist for ad’hoc other assignments as unforeseen matters may arise. You will work in close collaboration with other HR administrators within other HR departments to ensure cross-training and back-ups when necessary.

Directement rattaché.e à la Directrice Acquisition de Talents & Mobilité, votre mission sera de:

- soutenir l'équipe Acquisition de Talents sur toutes les questions administratives liées au sourcing et à l'intégration des nouvelles recrues salariées et aux transferts (gros volumes).
- assurer une expérience rapide et fluide pour tous en assurant la liaison avec les différentes équipes (paie, informatique, etc.) et en maintenant et améliorant les processus actuels.
- Gérer les processus de facturation en cours liés à l'acquisition de talents et à nos fournisseurs,
- Agir en tant que liaison avec la paie pour assurer un processus conforme pour les références d'employés et s'assurer que tous les documents justificatifs sont bien organisés et tenus à jour.
- Être la liaison avec notre service des communications pour prioriser les annonces d'offres d'emploi sur les réseaux sociaux et s'assurer que nos comptes de réseaux sociaux sont clairs et à jour

Vous devrez peut-être participer à d'autres missions ad hoc lorsque des imprévus surviendront. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres administrateurs RH au sein d'autres départements RH pour assurer des formations réciproques et des remplacements ponctuels si nécessaire.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:_**
- Bilingual (French/English) required.
- Passion for administrative matters: keeping records up-to-date, management of documents and data, follow-up, etc.
- Rigorous attention to details
- At ease with excel and systems, prior experience with managing Applicant Tracking System is a plus
- Organised, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong relationships skills, ability to engage with multiple people and different
- Strong team and service spirit
- Ability to maintain high levels of work ethics and confidentiality
