Accounts Payable and Cash Administration

Kelly's customer, located in Burlington, ON, is looking for an Accounts Payable/Cash Administrator to join their team. If you are open to working 6 months temporary basis with potential to become permanent, then this role is for you . RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts Payable: Responsible for the accounts payable function for head office Process, code, verify and input invoices and employee expense reports Reconcile and record corporate credit cards Maintain records for all invoice, reports and payments Add and update vendor banking information and payment terms Receive and respond to vendor inquires in a timely manner Prepare the weekly payment runs according to payment terms Backup and support the Cash Administrator role for daily banking and bank reconciliation activities Process daily bank reconciliations and adjusting journal entries Investigate and resolve issues identified in the reconciliation process in a timely manner Set up online bank transactions for approval and distribute remittances Maintain and distribute daily bank balance report and/or other cash reports as needed Update systems with daily foreign exchange rate Assist and support the finance shared services team with other banking activities as required REQUIREMENTS: Accounting Diploma +6 months related work experience Experience working in ERP environment desired Proficient in Microsoft Office Attention to detail Ability to identify problems and communicate effectively Highly-organized and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment Ability to maintain effective working relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills PERKS: Work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday $20.00 - $23.00 per hour plus 4% Vacation Pay on each pay cheque Potential to become permanent after 6 months Great opportunity to work in positive work environment If you're looking for an opportunity where you can be your best self and join a fantastic team, look no further and apply today Why Kelly®?
