What your day to day will look like: You will be reporting into the Vice President of Procurement.  Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed reports on all repairs and inspections.Work with our vendors to maintain warranty repairs follow up with equipment vendors to have them completed properly.Assist our asset manager with the tracking of company assets and plan repairs if required.Respond to inquiries from our managers in the field and provide up to date information regarding the status of repair requests, etc. Complete monthly reports and complete other documentation as neededOccasionally operate a forklift What you'll need to succeed: 1 to 3 years industry experience or related customer service experience requiredExcellent communication skillsPrevious experience working with equipment, a repair shop or mechanics Ability to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.
