Based in Toronto's financial district and with $7 billion in ETF assets under management, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our entrepreneurial team of experienced and talented professionals.    Here's what you will do as Regional Director, Business Development:  The Regional Director, Business Development, based in Vancouver will lead our efforts in increasing assets under management within the province of British Columbia.  The incumbent will also assist in the development and execution of the Firm's differentiated sales and marketing strategy and identify new business relationships and nurture existing ones within the financial sector community for business development.

You will:  Promote and develop business for Hamilton ETFs through the distribution of its ETFs and other products both new and existing;  Develop and share business strategies within the Sales team to increase penetration and build market share;  Proactively identify potential new business relationships within the CIRO-registered investment advisors ("IAs") community to educate them on the benefits of Hamilton ETFs' products;   Strengthen Hamilton ETFs' existing relationships with portfolio managers and IAs;   Maintain contact and develop long-lasting relationships with IAs and branch managers;  Assist in the preparation of advisor communications and presentations;   With the assistance of a shared Business Development associate, schedule and lead client events, ranging from presentations to social events  Prepare weekly sales reports and annual business plans to be presented to Senior partners  Accurately and promptly input all sales communications into CRM  Follow internal compliance regulations and sales practices under NI 81-105  Here's what you'll need to be successful:  Bachelor's degree in business or a related field;  Minimum 5 years experience in the financial services industry.

Wholesaling / inside sales experience preferred;  Proven track record of success in business development initiatives;  Strategic foresight and the ability to identify growth opportunities for additional business;  Good proficiency with MS Office Suite & CRM software.
