Now seeking a driven Cradle to Grave Sales Executive to join our fast-growing logistics team in Toronto. This is an on-site role for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a history of sales they can back up with proven numbers. What We're Looking For: A hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics salesSomeone who can bring or build a book of business and is ready to produce from day 1Experience working with North American lanes (Canada/USA)Ability to close deals, build relationships, and deliver consistent freight volumes Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logisticsAbility to work on-site in Toronto daily (may turn into hybrid or remote)Demonstrated sales history - you must provide your numbers (e.g., monthly GP, loads moved, average margins, customer portfolio)Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with a "make it happen" attitude Responsibilities: Source and secure new customers in the freight/logistics spaceBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsNegotiate rates with carriers and shippersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure service executionMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs What We Offer: Salary $70,000 to 125,000 plus commissions Competitive base salary + generous commissionsSupportive operational team and carrier relationsTools and resources to help you grow your businessOpportunity for career advancement in a growing company If you're a proven Sales Executive and ready to talk real numbers, we want to hear from you.
