**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer relationship management strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking within the B2B sales environment.
- Utilize transportation management systems to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics planning and execution of transportation services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct data entry for client interactions and sales activities into CRM software to maintain accurate records.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Support inside sales efforts by responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up on leads.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in transportation management systems and logistics operations.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly within the freight or logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM software for effective account management and data tracking.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Understanding of contracts, pricing strategies, and compliance with relevant regulations such as FDA guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail in dispatching and order fulfillment processes.
