Project Coordinator (Civil Infrastructure)Location: London OntarioSalary: $65,000-$85,000 (based on experience)Reference # 16816078OUR CLIENT:A well-established construction firm with a strong focus on construction management, general contracting and infrastructure projects across Ontario is seeking a Project Coordinator (Civil Infrastructure). The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting projects from conception to completion, while maintaining accurate records and documentation through the project lifecycle. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Support the Project Manager and Site-Team with day-to-day coordination of active projects.Assist with submittals, shop drawings and document management.Track schedules, materials, and site logistics to ensure smooth project flow.Assist with budget monitoring, cost forecasting, and variance reporting.Track project costs, labour hours, equipment usage and production quantities.Oversee change management including RFI's and RFC's.Assist with take-offs, work tracking and progress measurements.Coordinate with trades, coordinators, and suppliers.Contribute to maintaining safety, quality and compliance across the project.WHAT YOU BRING:4-6 years of experience in heavy civil projects.Working knowledge of infrastructure construction scopes (earth works, underground utilities, and traffic control).Post Secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology or Engineering.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and project documentation.Experience with project scheduling, document control, and project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera).Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation and benefits package.RRSP Match.Strong professional growth opportunities.Tuition reimbursement.Opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment that offers a great work-life balance.
