**Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will work closely with the Sales Team and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Duties**
- Assist with project planning, including creating project timelines and schedules
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- Track project expenses and maintain accurate budget records
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure all parties are aligned
- Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Assist with the coordination of subcontractors and vendors
- Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes
- Assist with quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or similar programs
- Familiarity with estimating software such as HeavyBid
- Experience with Software for Hardware is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of reading schematics and blueprints
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
