**Overview**
**Duties**
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Utilize HeavyBid and ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of construction estimates by analyzing blueprints and schematics.
- Coordinate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking materials, resources, and labor requirements.
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines and propose solutions.
- Support the team in conducting site visits to assess project status and compliance with specifications.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with construction management software is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A background in construction management or related fields is a plus.
