Proven ability to quickly establish and cultivate effective working relationships with business. partners at all levels of the organization and influence their decision as necessary.A flexible, agile, and resilient approach to working in a dynamic ever-changing work environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence and relational ease with all hierarchical levels.Proven track record of critical and strategic thinking to solve operational and/or complex problems.Ability to evolve in a multi-site, matrix organization and in a constantly evolving environment.Strong communication, influencing, analytical, synthesis and interpersonal skills.Technical, up-to-date expertise in Human Resources and employment legislation.Knowledge in many areas of human resources including talent management, performance management and employee relations, disability management, engagement, compensation.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-hybridCe poste jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de notre équipe. | This position will fill an essential role in our team.
