Currently, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager - unionized environment - Full time - Day - Monday to Friday

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure the management of human resources in accordance with policies, standards or laws concerning hiring, training, leaves, overtime, disciplinary measures and dismissals
- Follow up on employee files (OHS, health, group insurance, etc.)
- Management Committee
- Management of CVs and conducting the first telephone interviews
- Management of disciplinary files
- Occupational Health and Safety Committee
- Post vacancies and write employee appointment letters
- Respond to employee questions regarding their payroll
- Training to meet certification standards

**Human Resources**:

- Take responsibility for staffing in your area; onboard, train and integrate new personnel

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
- AEC in human resources (an asset)
- Administrative technique or any other relevant training (an asset)
- Bachelor's degree in administration, certificate in human resources or other related discipline (an asset)
