About Us

We are a well-established property management company dedicated to delivering excellent service across condominiums, residential, and commercial properties. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Manager, Client Accounting to lead our accounting team and contribute to the strength and success of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the client accounting team, ensuring high standards and continuous development. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements for condominiums, residential, and commercial properties. Board & Client Engagement: Participate in Board meetings, clearly presenting financial insights and contributing to strategic discussions. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies to enhance financial operations and reporting. Training & Development: Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to accounting team members. Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges, ensuring smooth financial operations and client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain a strong, cohesive team environment.

Skills & Experience

Accounting Designation (CPA or equivalent) is required. Minimum years of experience in a similar leadership role within property management or real estate accounting. Proven experience working with Yardi software . Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams. Expertise in financial statement preparation and financial management. Excellent communication and presentation skills for Board and client interactions. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. A collaborative and team-focused approach to work.
