Client Success Manager

\As an Associate Account Director, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with key Mid-market clients, understanding their needs, and delivering seamless solutions that drive client satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams to maximize client value and identify growth opportunities.
\Account Management Role
\Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or related customer-facing roles, with at least two years of experience in the gaming industry.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Assist in determining product pricing in collaboration with the Account Director and Finance
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Review billing and ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Product, Marketing) to address client needs and ensure the delivery of successful campaigns or projects
- Coordinate and streamline internal processes and communication to optimize account management operations
