Client Success Manager

The Giant Creative Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the agency's success by fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. To excel in this position, one must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as they will be responsible for navigating delicate client relationships while driving the agency to produce its best results.
In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of each stage of the client's journey, including their business model, the marketplace, and factors affecting sales. You will also have a solid grasp of marketing techniques from creative, research, and media outreach. By doing so, you will ensure a comprehensive and tailored approach to client service, enhancing client satisfaction and driving overall success.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring each stage of the client journey to ensure customer satisfaction, managing inquiries and requests from customers, staying on top of accounts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve both client and internal business goals.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in a sales or customer service role, and the ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of executing successful collaborations across internal and external teams will also be essential.
