Your mission

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un/une Chef Regional des ventes pour la marque René Furterer. Reportant à la Directrice Nationale des Ventes et de la Formation, le Chef National des ventes - René Furterer a la responsabilité d'animer, motiver, diriger et assurer le suivi d'une équipe de ventes afin de développer les chiffres d'affaires de la marque. Elle sera également en charge de définir et conduire la stratégie commerciale, en adaptant la politique commerciale de la marque et en collaborant avec le marketing local.

RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE

Responsable de la stratégie commerciale pour l'ensemble des clients Développer et gérer le budget de fonctionnement de l'unité commerciale Gérer la négociation, l'élaboration et l'exécution des contrats avec les clients et distributeurs à travers le pays. Superviser et évaluer les ventes, rechercher et ajuster la stratégie visant à répondre aux changements de marché et des conditions de concurrence Analyser les tendances du marché et des concurrents Travailler en collaboration avec le département marketing et digitale, autant dans la construction du plan marketing (e-retail et brick and mortar), que dans l'élaboration et l'analyse des informations provenant du terrain (promotions, concurrence, etc…) Gérer au quotidien et coordonner les ventes et les équipes commerciales, en définissant et assignant les objectifs individuels de la force de vente, et en faisant un suivi de la performance de l'équipe Accompagner individuellement les membres de son équipe dans leurs activités : Vérifier le bon ordre de tournée Assister à la vente Définir les points à améliorer Confirmer systématiquement les visites d'accompagnement en mentionnant les objectifs fixés Proposer le meilleur plan de formation et s'assurer qu'il soit déployé par les représentants au sein des clients, tout en participant à la réalisation des outils de formation avec le marketing Participer au recrutement des nouveaux Représentants, les former et les intégrer Gérer et être le point de contact avec le distributeur dans l'Ouest canadien

FORMATION

Diplôme universitaire avec une dominante commerciale / ventes

EXPÉRIENCE

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de vente Expérience de travail dans une dimension d'entreprise avec dynamique de « Centrale-Filiale » et dans l'industries des produits capillaires sera considéré comme un atout. Expérience dans l'analyse des données de ventes et de marché En ajout, l'expérience transversale dans un rôle ventes/commercial ou de gestion des comptes majeurs sera considérée un atout. Expérience dans l'utilisation d'un CRM sera un atout (Veeva/sales force) Expérience avec le E-Retail

Bilinguisme, parlé et écrit (Français et Anglais) Capacité à communiquer efficacement et d'interagir avec les autres partenaires, tant à l'interne (autres départements) qu'à l'externe (partenaires et clients) Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office
