Enterprise Sales Manager – Seed Production Industry
Location: Southern Alberta (Travel Required)

Role Overview
This company are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts targeting enterprise customers in Canada and the US. Based in Southern Alberta, this role will focus on demonstrating the value of the company's drone-powered analytics, and converting pilots into long-term commercial agreements. The ideal candidate has experience in ag-tech sales, a deep understanding of agronomy, and a good network in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot Acquisition: Identify and engage seed producers and multipliers for pilot projects to showcase the impact of drone-powered yield and crop performance data.
- Pilot-to-Commercial Conversion: Successfully transition pilot projects into long-term paying customers with commercial agreements.
- Enterprise Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including retailers, agronomy firms, food processors and input providers.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise sales or precision agriculture solutions.
- Knowledge of agronomy
- Proven ability to convert pilot projects into long-term commercial agreements.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Ability to travel as needed within Canada to meet clients, conduct demos, and attend industry events.
