Regional Marketing Manager

The Regional Marketing Manager at Nordic will drive regional marketing initiatives, ensuring the localization of all appropriate Global Marketing activities. This role includes campaign implementation, strategic event planning, KPI tracking, and sales enablement. In collaboration with global and regional stakeholders this role will elevate Nordic's presence and impact in the specified region while ensuring a consistent brand presence.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the healthcare market in the specified region, including customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to tailor and localize solution go-to-market plans that resonate with the unique characteristics of the region.
- Foster effective communication and alignment between global marketing teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Develop, implement, and execute targeted marketing activities for the region to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Establish strong working relationships with the product/solution marketing team in support of Nordic’s marketing initiatives and provide feedback on solution marketing performance in the region.
- Identify and evaluate relevant healthcare conferences, tradeshows, and industry events in the region that align with Nordic’s strategic plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Nordic’s participation in assigned events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of those marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing
- Proven experience in field marketing, event management, and healthcare marketing.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market dynamics and industry-specific nuances.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and people skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for healthcare events and regional engagements.
Additional Details
- Remote position - must be based in Canada
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be accessible and available to perform work-related functions at any time, including nights and weekends, as needed.
