About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst II, Operations and planning for our growing team - ERP Cloud

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Assistance in maintaining the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP system for Procurement, AR, AP and Cash Management modules

  • Participates in the configuration of cloud applications, established tests and documents the results

  • Understand financial business processes and systems as well as master the different data flows

  • Analyze information obtained from various sources, detail high-level information and provide users with recommendations to meet their needs.

  • Document requirements obtained from the business community using defined templates.

  • Ensure the link between business units, technology and support teams.

  • Act as a change agent to evaluate and communicate the impact of these on our organizational processes.

  • Obtain requirements from business communities using techniques such as interviews and working sessions.

What you will benefit from:

  • BAC in business administration, accounting, finance or computer systems management

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst

  • Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion ERP system

  • Highly developed analytical mind, facilitating problem solving.

  • Skills for managing time and priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change effectively.

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance. CPA or CFA title is an asset

  • Good communication skills (oral and written).

  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (an asset).

  • Knowledge of automobile and home insurance (an asset).

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
