We are in a growth phase, targeting larger, Strategic Business Partners and expanding our N.A customer base. To achieve this, we need a Sales Hunter who is eager to pursue new business opportunities aggressively and play a critical role in our expansion.


What This Role Is All About:

  • Hunting for new business—your success is measured by your ability to generate and close new opportunities.
  • Confident and relentless outbound outreach—you’re comfortable making high-volume calls, engaging prospects, and setting meetings.
  • Growing our N.A presence—identifying and pursuing key accounts
  • Office-based with a field component—60-80% of your time will be spent in our Port Coquitlam office making outbound calls, Managing accounts, developing strategies, and managing pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make consistent outbound calls, send targeted emails, and leverage LinkedIn to book meetings with decision-makers in the manufacturing sector.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential accounts that align with Wesgar’s capabilities and growth strategy.
  • Utilize Strategic Frameworks to evaluate and prioritize prospects effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and Wesgar’s capabilities.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets—we are looking for a sales professional who thrives on closing new business.
  • Maintain and update CRM to track pipeline activity and performance.


Who You Are:

  • A proven Sales Hunter—you have a strong track record of winning new accounts through proactive outreach.
  • Fearless when it comes to phone calls—you know that sales success is built on high-volume, high-quality outreach, and you don’t shy away from the phone.
  • Driven, persistent, and competitive—you love the challenge of sales and have the resilience to push through rejection.
  • Experienced in B2B sales—ideally within sheet metal fabrication, contract manufacturing, or related industries. Being Technically minded is a strong asset.
  • Highly organized and strategic—you track your pipeline diligently and always have a plan for the next deal.

Salary $70,000-$80,000 per year + uncap commissions
