The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining and analyzing project schedules using Primavera P6. The scheduler ensures projects are planned and tracked against baselines, milestones and dependencies, providing visibility into schedule performance and risks. The scheduler supports the PMO by enabling schedule-driven accountability. Create, update and maintain detailed project schedules in accordance with OSI standards and industry best practices. • Establish and maintain project baselines in accordance with OSI standards. • Provide schedule performance metrics (SPI, float and critical path analysis) to project managers and leadership. • Work with Project Managers to evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas. • Prepare project periodic and routine schedule reports to senior leadership. • Support project managers in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems. • Support stakeholders with structured knowledge on standards, templates and best practices for project scheduling and Primavera P6.
